Monitor your weight

Because you should be particular on up to what weight only you desire. Because some especially those who are having a successful sessions on their diet still continues to lose weight even though they have reached their target weight. It is sometimes bad because they become anorexic which is not really good. That is why if you really just want to reduce weight you should have your target weight so that you can monitor if you are far or near on your target weight so that you will not experience some diseases because of your diet sessions. Super slim is not good, because it is somewhat being an abnormal person, you somewhat look like you always have some disease in your body. Do your diet sessions right, it is much better if you are fat while you are healthy instead of being slim wherein you are abnormal.
